The Bird In Hand is a delightful 14th Century Country Inn with a history that spans 600 years. When you step through our doors you catch a glimpse of the past… and walk in the footsteps of King George III. Located in Berkshire, just outside London, between Maidenhead and Reading near Twyford, it offers easy access to the big city via the M4 or M40.
The Bird in Hand Hotel is an ideal venue for business meetings, seminars, breakfast meetings and small conferences with its excellent facilities, peaceful location and attentive service. Catering for both formal and informal meetings and conferences, as well as corporate events including dinners, barbeques and hog roasts.
With three conference rooms from which to choose. All offer the same facilities but vary in size. The Ashley Room is the smaller of the three and can seat up to 12 people ‘boardroom style’ and approximately 15 for a more informal meeting. The Lindon Room can seat up to 22 people ‘boardroom style’ and 30 in ‘theatre style’. The larger Summer Room can sit upto approximately 40 people.
