Nordic walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking involving the use of poles making it twice as effective. It is a great sociable outdoor activity than can be enjoyed by people of all abilities and fitness levels. Walking is known to stimulate all the senses, is proven to boost energy levels, enhance problem solving skills, reduce stress and anxiety, improve self esteem and boost self confidence.
