When it comes to event management, Team Activity Group will focus on delivering exactly what you need. We’ll take the strain on planning and organising, bringing activities, venues and entertainers together to deliver the ultimate experience for your delegates.
As a family-run business, we focus on building long-term relationships with our clients, venues and suppliers, which means we can offer you great prices, flexibility and reassurance that your event is in expert hands.
We’ve been in the business for nearly 30 years, and with our background in international dragon boat racing, we’ve got the recipe for excellent team building nailed.
There are three ways to work with us:
Businesses work with us
As a member of a business wanting to plan some team building events we work with in-house HR, Communications, Admin or other representatives to help them deliver their leadership away days, team building events and staff celebrations. We take the strain from you, let you get on with your day job and use our experience and network to design the perfect solution to your brief. If you’re ready to hand over the planning and delivery of your event, get in touch.
Agencies work with us
As an agency with a client brief to fulfil other event or marketing agencies outsource the event planning and management to us as we have the kit and the contacts to make things happen. We can liaise with venues and other suppliers to ensure the seamless delivery of your client’s perfect experience. If you’re busy and need more hands to keep your clients happy, get in touch.
Venues work with us
As a venue who wants to maximise this additional revenue stream we partner with venues in order to drive more event and corporate business their way. Once we know your location and facilities, we can recommend you to our clients, creating the perfect pairing for fun and games galore. You even get a page on our website, promoting what you have to offer those who book their away day with you. If you’re interested in making more money from events and hospitality this year, get in touch.
Are you struggling to know where to start with planning your corporate event? Or so busy it just never gets to the top of your list?
Here are our top tips for pulling together a quick and effective brief which you can hand over to us along with the burden of getting everything organised:
How to successfully brief us to plan and deliver your event
-
What’s the purpose of your event? It could be to strengthen team relationships, break the monotony of a business planning away day or simply to have fun. Knowing your ‘why’ means we can ensure we deliver exactly the right activity for you.
-
How many people are you expecting? Most of our activities are scalable from 6 to 600 people, especially if we plan an event with several challenges. However, the way we plan and organise things will change depending on whether your attendees number 10 or 100 so we need to know your expectations.
-
Giving us a feel for your outline agenda means we can work around anything like meetings, meals and guest speakers when it comes to scheduling activities. We offer activities and entertainment for daytime, evening, indoor and outdoor so knowing what else you’ve got planning helps us design the best companion to the overall event.
-
You might have a specific venue in mind, or have no idea where’s best. Either way, we can help you choose the right place. Our knowledge of many partner venues means we also know how to get the best out of the facilities and can offer you the most fitting activity.
-
Do you need help to plan an hour-long, day-long or evening event? We have a great selection of activities with all different timings so there will be something to fit even the tightest agenda. We can help you decide what will work best for the outcomes you need.
-
Knowing how much you want to invest in team building is key to us understanding what we can plan for you. We’re able to work to most budgets and can help you manage expectations in terms of what to expect.
