You can hold successful meetings and conferences in the Business and Conference Centre, which offers a range of contemporary, air-conditioned meeting rooms for up to 65 delegates.

Cocktail receptions, banquets, Christmas parties, funeral receptions and conferences for up to 110 take place in the Princess Suite or the Sienna Room in the Main House. Windsor Lounge is a brand new event suite across the road, that features high tech amenities, a kitchen area and direct access to a private outdoor courtyard.

Most bedrooms are in the Thames House or across the lane in Windsor House.

For a real traditional English experience, stay in the 17th-century Heritage House with its original wooden beams and floorboards. Next door is the Wren’s Club & Spa. Some rooms offer spectacular views of Windsor Castle.

Activity Space

The hotel is a pleasant stroll from the town’s attractions, including Windsor Castle, Eton College and overlooks the River Thames with its own mooring.

The hotel is an ideal location for Team Activity Groups scavenger challenge in which you discover the towns of Windsor & Eton. Having its own mooring, means you can jump in a Dragon Boat for a team building journey on the River Thames. Although the hotel does not have its own grounds for activities this does not exclude it as being a great location for team building events, we have a number of challenges and entertainment that we can organise around the town, in the business and conference centre or function rooms in the main house.
